Refund and Returns Policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Size Issue – If the received size does not fit, an exchange is possible.
  • Quality Concern – If there is a defect or issue from the company’s end.

Exchange Terms:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 15 working days after the complaint is registered.
  • All exchange shipping costs (in case of size issues) will be borne by the customer.
  • The customer must send the product back via courier and share the tracking slip on WhatsApp.

No Exchange or Refunds for:

  • Customized shoes (color or design changes made on request).
  • Sale items, kids’ Khussas, Backless Khussas, and sizes 35, 42, and 43.
  • Cancellations or refunds as per company policy.
