1. General Terms

By accessing our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

Payment Methods:

Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Deposit, EasyPaisa, JazzCash.
International: Bank Transfer (Advance Payment Required).
Advance Payment: All international and customized orders require full advance payment.
Pricing: Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Local Orders: Delivered within 2-10 working days.

International Orders: Delivery time varies by country, typically 12-20 working days.

Shipping Charges:

Pakistan: Flat PKR 200/- per order (Free for prepaid orders, excluding sale items).
International: Calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges Allowed For:

Size issues (within 3 working days of delivery, customer bears shipping costs).
Quality concerns (company’s fault only).
No Exchanges or Returns For:
- Customized products (including color/design changes).
- Sale items, kids’ Khussas, sizes 35, 42, and 43.
International Orders: No returns or exchanges available.
Size Adjustments: One size up or down can be requested before finalizing the order.
How to Request an Exchange:
Customers must return the product via courier and share the tracking slip on WhatsApp: 0310 6166347.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Articles

Customization Fees: Additional charges apply for base color, handwork, or bridal customization.

Production Time: Custom orders require 2-3 weeks.

Advance Payment: A 50% deposit is required before processing customized orders.

No Cancellations, Exchanges, or Returns for custom-made items.

6. Product Variations & Liability

Handmade Nature: Some Khussas are handmade, so slight variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur.

Images vs. Actual Product: Due to lighting and screen differences, colors may appear slightly different.

Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Customers should refer to our size guide before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Khussa Wala. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process customer data as per our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used only for order processing, shipping, and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
